How we work
We’ve summed up our approach in a 5 step process and optimized it to involve you in every step of the way. Together, we will become a team, always communicating and collaborating with each other. The goal is to create an award that not only serves as a symbol of greatness but also aligns with your vision and enhances the prestige of the award.
-
Like all great relationships, ours start with a "Hello".
Our journey together begins with an initial free online consultation where we want to know you, and you know us better. We mainly aim to understand:
Your brand- who you are.
What or whom you want to recognize.
What matters to you.
Additionally, we will discuss the type of award you might need considering your constraints like scale, budget and time frame. We exchange thoughts and ideas and gain a good knowledge of any specific requirements or themes, collect information about the event, the audience, and any design preferences you may have. We will ask you to share with us your brand identity guidelines, your previous award (if any), any documents, videos, or pictures that you think will tell us more about you and your recognition program.
At the end of this meeting we hope to have sparked in you the same excitement we feel for every potential project that walks through our doors.
-
You chose us and we couldn't be more thrilled to get to work. Our designers will take all the information collected from you in the previous phase, and do their own research on the industry, event, and past designs. The aim is to gather inspiration and ensure the our proposal is unique and fitting.
This phase is about exploring different styles, shapes, and elements that align with the client's vision. We will brainstorm and conceptualize many ideas until we are satisfied with 2 meaningful concept designs that we can confidently present to you in the form of sketches for your thoughts and input.
Because as artists and designers, our imagination runs wild, we involve our craftsmen and fabricators at this stage, to ensure that any concept we put forward to you, we are able to produce with precision. We will therefor discuss these concepts with you, take your feedback, and make the necessary adjustments accordingly. You don't have to chose one yet, you can decide following phase 3.
-
Before you commit to producing one, or 50 - or more - recognition pieces, we want to make sure you know what you are getting. We use the latest 3D modeling and rendering software to show you the design as close to reality as possible. You will be able to review the concepts and provide feedback. Revisions are made based on your preferences and suggestions.
Designers will then create detailed drawings and specifications. This includes dimensions, materials, colors, and any custom elements. For this purpose we will require from you any specific engravings, special fonts or logos in .eps or .ai format.
Once all is approved by you. We move on to next stage.
-
You chose the design that most resonates with your recognition and brand. We can now proceed to prototype. We want you to see AND FEEL your award before you decide to produce a number of it.
Prototyping is an essential part of our process, it will enable us to go a step further to ensure that our designs are executed to perfection. We will be able to appropriately choose the materials based on the design, budget, and desired finish.
We meticulously cross check the sample piece with the design intent, rectify when and if necessary before moving to production.
-
All the hard work pays off when we receive your approval on the sample.
We will then proceed to send it to our local production partners. The finished trophies undergo a quality control process to ensure they meet the design specifications and high standards. The completed trophies are carefully packaged and delivered to the client or directly to the event location.
Different custom projects have different lead times. We make sure to adhere to the "in-hand date" agreed upon from the start of the project.
You may choose to forgo the prototyping and fabrication phase, and produce on your own account. We want what is most convenient for you. We will still be here to support you in anyway we can.
